Partnerships that grow a pipeline

AIESEC in Delhi IIT · Partnership management

10 · 5 · 3Corporate, NGO and academic partnerships managed for AIESEC in Delhi IIT, July 2022 to November 2023.

30%Growth in the applicant pipeline over that period. Conversion rates and rupee figures were not recorded for a public case.

A company, an NGO and a campus office want different things from a student organisation. Partnership work was segmentation and care: knowing which relationship needed a visible role, which needed a quiet calendar, and which would die if it had to be re-sold every month.

CompaniesRoles that a campus could actually fill, and a contact who did not have to be found again each term.
NGOsWork that students could do without becoming unpaid staff, and a relationship that survived turnover.
CampusesA wider top of funnel: more visible roles, more places a student could hear about them.

Pipeline growth of that size, in that period, usually comes from a wider top of funnel plus relationships that persist. The résumé does not attribute the 30 percent to a single tactic, and this page does not either.
